Voting Absentee to Ensure Ballots Count

My gut feeling was right: After Florida in 2000 and Ohio in 2004 raised new doubts, God-fearing, Constitution-defending conservative Hamilton County Republicans apparently shared my anxiety and voted absentee for the Nov. 7 election. The board of elections said 18,981 absentees voted for Blackwell, while 19,461 voted for Strickland; 20,055 voted for DeWine, while 19,349 voted for Brown. That’s a lot of GOP skeptics.
