Oinker of the Day 4.23
Earth Day has come and gone. What have you done — or continued to do — to show your appreciation for this big blue marble we call Mom?

I really didn’t do a whole lot for mother earth. However, as I live in farm country, yesterday I noticed that across the road, the farmers were once again spraying the fields in preparation for planting. This stuff smells noxious and is, I think, something that prevents weeds from geminating.
It smells so nasty, that the minute I see them start spraying, I must close all windows. I can’t help but think this unhealthy for humans and pets to breathe. And yeah, I go through this several times a season.

I have explained several times to friends how Sheryl Crow is correct: One square of toilet tissue is enough.
First, tear a finger-sized hole out of the center.
Stick finger through hole.
Clean anus or whatever.
Use other hand to gather sheet around working finger and slide it off, cleaning working finger.
Dispose of square.
Retrieve part of tissue removed to create the hole.
Use to clean under fingernail.
(And to think I had visions of Sheryl sitting on my face.)
